Twelfth Night Catering On the Go can help you plan your next social gathering at the office or at home. Choose from our menus of hand-picked- favorites or work with our staff to customize a delicious menu. We will deliver your order and set it up on disposable equipment — leaving you to focus on the business at hand.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Faxed orders to Twelfth Night Catering will be confirmed by one of our consultants via return fax or email. If you do not receive confirmation by noon, the day prior to delivery, please call 847.381.8585.

Due to required preparation time and to insure the highest food quality, please place your order at least 48 hours before the date of your function. For larger events and during holiday periods, please allow at least 7 days notice.

Food and beverage prices are subject to sales tax, delivery charge and are subject to change based on seasonal market fluctuations.

Because of delivery schedules, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible to ensure your choice of delivery time.

DELIVERY HOURS

Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Twelfth Night Catering provides delivery service seven days a week within the Chicago land areas. Delivery is complimentary within 10 miles of our office, delivery is also available to other areas for an additional charge. Please ask your sales representative for the delivery fee for your area.

We recommend you schedule your delivery time a minimum of 1 hour prior to your planned serving time. Please factor in the time it takes to access the location of your event (such as dock waiting time, security check-in, etc.) and the time it will take our service personnel to set-up your order.

If we are dropping off equipment that needs to be picked up, our sales representative will make arrangements for a scheduled equipment pick-up date. If the equipment is not ready when our representative arrives, we will have to charge an additional pick-up fee to come back. Please ask your sales representative for applicable fees.

ORDER CHANGES

We understand you may need to change or even cancel your order. Please follow these guidelines in doing so:

  • Additions - require 18 hours notice
  • Decreases - require 36 hour notice
  • Cancellation - require 36 hours notice. If you notify us at least 36 hours in advance there is no charge. If canceled after that time we require full payment for the order.

A LA CARTE MENU

Many items on our menu may be ordered by the pound, person or piece. Ask your sales representative for a la carte pricing.

FULL-SERVICE CATERING

For larger events, your sales representative can arrange for a full-service menu with staff, equipment, linen, centerpieces, entertainment, set-up and tear-down.

PAYMENT

All orders require prepayment 48 hours in advance.
